What image file format can I upload for the photo slideshow?

.jpg and .gif images are supported with maximum dimensions of 3264 x 2448 pixels.

What if I do not have a video camera?

We are currently building a database of professional video production companies and individuals who will be able to film your property and supply you with the files needed for a one off price. Alternatively, check in your local telephone directory.

What video format does OneStopView support?

It is suggested that as many as 98% of all internet enabled computers have the free Adobe Flash video player installed, therefore that is the file format we use on all video listings. We now offer virtually all video format uploading therefore you are able to upload any format of video to OneStopView and our software will automatically convert it for you into an FLV file video, this will make the file size much smaller, meaning users viewing your property will not have to wait a long time for a large download.
Video Files we accept are: FLV, AVI, MPEG, WMV, MPG, MP4, M1V, M2V, MOV.

How Long Should My Video Tour Last?

We suggest no more than 2 to 3 minutes for most properties. Think of the video tour like buying a book. You read the back cover to get an idea of whether you want to read the whole book, you don't expect to sit in the bookstore and read it all.
Viewers of your property video tour only want to see if it is a property they will want to come to see for a viewing, they don't expect to buy the property just from viewing the video.

Is it really free to list my property and video tour?

It is a question we regularly get asked and the answer is Yes, it is completely free to register and upload your video tours. We do not ask for credit card details and do not take any other forms of payment. Video listings are free to advertise on OneStopView and we place your contact details with each of your listings so we do not even deal with your enquiries, we charge no commissions whatsoever.
