Videographers, advertise for FREE

We are currently taking FREE advertising from Videographers wishing to offer an additional service to their clients.
By offering Video Property Tours on OneStopView.com you will be working with the future of Online Property Marketing. Many real estate agents and individuals realise that they now need to offer more than the traditional methods of marketing property, so they are embracing technology and want to offer Real Video Tours of their properties. However, many are unable or just not willing to film the property, this is where you come in.
You will be required to attend the clients premises to film internally and externally and then edit up to 3 minutes of video. This video should then be supplied to the client as an adobe Flash video file ( .flv ) no larger than 8mb in file size, with dimensions of 320x240 pixels. Also, the client may require a few still images to add to their listing, these should have maximum dimensions of 500 pixels to fit within the property listing template.
This is a self employed basis, you will not be working for OneStopView.com, and you are free to charge whatever you feel your clients will pay. In addition to the basic video and photos you could offer:
  • A sliding price scale for lengths of video (example: different prices for 90seconds, 120seconds, 150seconds).
  • An additional charge for adding local places of interest to the video (example: golf courses, beaches, monuments, places of natural beauty etc).
  • DVD's of the video tour and photos for clients to send out to inquirers that don't have internet access.
  • Any other opportunities you can think of.
To list your FREE advertisement now click on the advertiser login button and register a new account. You will then be taken to the add listing page, select "Find A Videographer" as the property class and you can then input all your contact details. This way it makes it easy for clients to search the database to find a videographer local to them.
You will then be able to upload a sample video tour and photos to help "sell" your services.
